It is played with a single standard deck of 52 cards. There are three types of bets and the game odds are high. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. Aces have a value of 1, two through nine are counted at face value and tens and face cards have a value of 0. If a hand's total is greater than 10 then only the last digit is used (e.g. a six and a nine have a value of 5) The probability of a "Banker" win is nearly 46%, and the probability of a "Player" win is 44.6%. Winning hands in Baccarat depend on the hand you bet on, and whether that hand wins. You may make a Push Bet by itsef or with either a Bank or Player Bet. If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid double your bet, unless you bet on a tie. The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards. Ace cards have a value of one. Face cards and Tens have no value and therefore do not contribute to the value of the hand. If the hand you bet on wins you will be paid out according to the rules in the Table Limits and payout section.
