Before the hands are dealt, you
must place your bet on either the “Player” the “Banker” or the “Tie”
bet. The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands that are about to be dealt (the Banker or the Player's) will have a value closest to nine. Winning bets placed on the “Banker” pay 1:1, however there is a 5%
commission that the casino takes out. Each wager placed is treated as a separate wager against the banker. The decks are shuffled each round. The first pays if the Bank Hand wins, the second if the Player's Hand does, the last if both hands push or tie. The winning Baccarat hand will be the one with a value closest to nine. If you bet on a tie, the payout is eight times the amount you bet. If you bet on the Banker's hand, and win, the House charges a 5% commission. All other card values are treated as they appear.
