Baccarat is a card game played with a single deck of cards. If you bet on the Banker's hand, and the hand wins, you pay a 5% commission to the House. The objective of the game is to predict whose hand, the Banker's or the
Player's, will be closer to the value of nine. A tie that you did not bet on pays back your ante. The probability of a "Banker" win is nearly 46%, and the probability of a "Player" win is 44.6%. Two hands of cards are dealt, one for the Player and one for the Banker. If either the player and /or the Banker has a total of 8 or 9, they both stand. This Rule overrides all other rules. Use the Tie button if you think a Tie will be dealt next. If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid double your bet, unless you bet on a tie. To place a bet, click on the betting area to set the betting focus and then set the amount as described above. If you bet on the Banker's hand, and win, the House charges a 5% commission. If you do not bet on a tie, and the hands tie, your bet is returned to you.
