For each hand, there is a $5.00 minimum bet on each hand, a $200.00 limit on each bet position (Banker, Tie & Player) Baccarat is a card game played with a single deck of cards and is one of the simplest games to play in the casino. When a hand total is larger 9, the first digit is dropped (an 11 would become 1) Once the bet has been placed the two hands will be dealt. The “Tie” bet pays 9:1 if won. Cards are dealt from a shoe that holds 6 decks of cards. If the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker are equal to five or less, then the respective hand will be dealt a third card. If either the player and /or the Banker has a total of 8 or 9, they both stand. This Rule overrides all other rules. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. The winning Baccarat hand will be the one with a value closest to nine. If you bet on a tie, the payout is eight times the amount you bet. Ace cards have a value of one. If you bet on a hand, and the hand loses, you lose your bet. If you do not bet on a tie, and the hands tie, your bet is returned to you.
