The object of baccarat is to obtain a hand with a point total closest to 9. The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands that are about to be dealt (the Banker or the Player's) will have a value closest to nine. A tie that you did not bet on pays back your ante. In the event of a "Tie", the bet is a push and the "Tie" bet is paid. To reduce the Bet simply follow the same procedure using the down arrow. If the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker are equal to five or less, then the respective hand will be dealt a third card. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid double your bet, unless you bet on a tie. The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards. Ace cards have a value of one. All other card values are treated as they appear.
