Baccarat is the oldest of modern casino games and has traditionally been the game of the high rollers. The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands (Banker or Player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of 9. If the value of the hand is ten points or more, subtract ten, and the remainder is the baccarat point value of the hand. Traditionally, the shoe contains anywhere from six to eight standard 52-card deck without jokers. In certain cases, a third card is dealt to the player or the banker or both (Third Card Rules) To reduce the Bet simply follow the same procedure using the down arrow. Winning hands in Baccarat depend on the hand you bet on, and whether that hand wins. The first pays if the Bank Hand wins, the second if the Player's Hand does, the last if both hands push or tie. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. The winning Baccarat hand will be the one with a value closest to nine. All other cards are counted at face value. If you bet on the Banker's hand, and win, the House charges a 5% commission. Once the winning hand is determined the game is over. If the hand you bet on wins you will be paid out according to the rules in the Table Limits and payout section.
