Wagers are placed in the Tie, Banker and Player areas shown on the table. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. This will add the indicated dollars to the amount being Bet and reduce your Balance accordingly. In certain cases, a third card is dealt to the player or the banker or both (Third Card Rules) Each wager placed is treated as a separate wager against the banker. There are three types of bets: Bank Bets, Player Bets and Push Bets. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. You can decide to bet on the Banker's hand winning, the Player's hand winning or the possibility of a tie. Aces are worth 1 point. If you bet on a tie, the payout is eight times the amount you bet. Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column. Face cards and Tens have no value and therefore do not contribute to the value of the hand. All other card values are treated as they appear.
