The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands (Banker or Player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of 9. It is played with a single standard deck of 52 cards. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. Aces have a value of 1, two through nine are counted at face value and tens and face cards have a value of 0. The Increase and Decrease buttons are used to adjust the size of your bet. To reduce the Bet simply follow the same procedure using the down arrow. Use the Player button to place your bet on the Player's hand. The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards. You can decide to bet on the Banker's hand winning, the Player's hand winning or the possibility of a tie. Betting focus is indicated by a thin red rectangle. To place a bet, click on the betting area to set the betting focus and then set the amount as described above. Ace cards have a value of one. If you bet on a hand, and the hand loses, you lose your bet. If you do not bet on a tie, and the hands tie, your bet is returned to you.
