Baccarat is the oldest of all games played in modern casinos. Aces count as one, 2 through 9 as their face value; tens and picture cards count as zero. There are two hands dealt, a player's hand and a banker's hand. Place your wager on the banker’s hand and/or on the player’s hand and/or on a tie. You can also bet on the possibility of a tie.
Baccarat is played using eight 52-card decks. The bet size can only be changed between games. Two hands of cards are dealt, one for the Player and one for the Banker. If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid double your bet, unless you bet on a tie. The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards. Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column. If you bet on a hand, and the hand loses, you lose your bet. If the hand you bet on wins you will be paid out according to the rules in the Table Limits and payout section.
