Baccarat is a card game played with a single deck of cards. Once the bet is placed, the "Player" and "Banker" are each dealt 2 cards. There are two hands dealt, a player's hand and a banker's hand. Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe. If the hands tie, and you did not bet on a Tie, your bet is returned to you. Two hands of cards are dealt, one to the Player and one to the Banker. If the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker are equal to five (5) or less, then the respective hand will be dealt a third card. Winning hands in Baccarat depend on the hand you bet on, and whether that hand wins. Once the size of your wager has been determined, you must decide which of three possible bets you want to make before the cards are dealt. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. The winning Baccarat hand will be the one with a value closest to nine. If you bet on a tie, the payout is eight times the amount you bet. To switch bets from the Player to Bank (or back again) just click the mouse on the desired betting area. If you bet on a hand, and the hand loses, you lose your bet. If you do not bet on a tie, and the hands tie, your bet is returned to you.
