The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands (Banker or Player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of 9. If the value of the hand is ten points or more, subtract ten, and the remainder is the baccarat point value of the hand. The higher hands wins. It is often quite large and can have seating for as many as twelve people. If the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker are equal to five (5) or less, then the respective hand will be dealt a third card. Winning hands in Baccarat depend on the hand you bet on, and whether that hand wins. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. If the hand that you bet on wins, you are paid double your bet, unless you bet on a tie. To place a bet, click on the betting area to set the betting focus and then set the amount as described above. Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column. Once the winning hand is determined the game is over. All other card values are treated as they appear.
