In Baccarat two cards are dealt to each of two hands, called the Player Hand and the Bank Hand. If the sum of the cards is greater than 9, the first digit is dropped.
Baccarat is played using eight 52-card decks. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. The probability of a "Tie" win is 9.5%. If either the player and /or the Banker has a total of 8 or 9, they both stand. This Rule overrides all other rules. Aces are worth 1 point. The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards. To switch bets from the Player to Bank (or back again) just click the mouse on the desired betting area. Face cards and Tens have no value and therefore do not contribute to the value of the hand. All other card values are treated as they appear.
