In Baccarat two cards are dealt to each of two hands, called the Player Hand and the Bank Hand. Aces count as one, 2 through 9 as their face value; tens and picture cards count as zero. Bets can only be changed before a new hand is dealt. The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands that are about to be dealt (the Banker or the Player's) will have a value closest to nine. Aces have a value of 1, two through nine are counted at face value and tens and face cards have a value of 0. Two hands of cards are dealt, one for the Player and one for the Banker. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. The bet size can only be changed between games. Use the Player button to place your bet on the Player's hand. Player's Hand Wins: 2x the bet. Betting focus is indicated by a thin red rectangle. To place a bet, click on the betting area to set the betting focus and then set the amount as described above. Ace cards have a value of one. If you bet on a hand, and the hand loses, you lose your bet. All other card values are treated as they appear.
