For each hand, there is a $5.00 minimum bet on each hand, a $200.00 limit on each bet position (Banker, Tie & Player) Records suggest the game may have been played as far back as the fifteenth century in France where it is sometime known as punto banco. Before the hands are dealt, you
must place your bet on either the “Player” the “Banker” or the “Tie”

If the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker are equal to five or less, then the respective hand will be dealt a third card. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. Player's Hand Wins: 2x the bet. The winning Baccarat hand will be the one with a value closest to nine. To place a bet, click on the betting area to set the betting focus and then set the amount as described above. Ace cards have a value of one. If the hand you bet on wins you will be paid out according to the rules in the Table Limits and payout section.
