Baccarat is a game of chance and skill between you and the Banker. The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands (Banker or Player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of 9. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. If the sum of the cards is greater than 9, the first digit is dropped.
Baccarat is played using eight 52-card decks. Winning hands in Baccarat depend on the hand you bet on, and whether that hand wins. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. You can decide to bet on the Banker's hand winning, the Player's hand winning or the possibility of a tie. Aces are worth 1 point. All other cards are counted at face value. Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column. Face cards and Tens have no value and therefore do not contribute to the value of the hand. If you do not bet on a tie, and the hands tie, your bet is returned to you.
