A third card may under certain circumstances be drawn for each. In traditional casinos Baccarat tables are often kept separate from the rest of the casino in a ‘Baccarat Pit. Once the bet has been placed the two hands will be dealt. The probability of a "Banker" win is nearly 46%, and the probability of a "Player" win is 44.6%. Winning hands in Baccarat depend on the hand you bet on, and whether that hand wins. The first pays if the Bank Hand wins, the second if the Player's Hand does, the last if both hands push or tie. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. If you bet on a tie, the payout is eight times the amount you bet. Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column. Once the winning hand is determined the game is over. If you do not bet on a tie, and the hands tie, your bet is returned to you.
