The object of baccarat is to obtain a hand with a point total closest to 9. It is
played with a single standard deck of 52 cards. The hand which is closest to 9 wins. Place your bet(s) on the table in the area labeled Player, Tie, Banker. If the sum of the cards is greater than 9, the first digit is dropped. Two hands of cards are dealt, one to the Player and one to the Banker. The decks are shuffled each round. Banker's Hand Wins: 2x the bet - 5% commission on winnings for the House. Use the Tie button if you think a Tie will be dealt next. To place a bet, click on the betting area to set the betting focus and then set the amount as described above. Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column. Face cards and Tens have no value and therefore do not contribute to the value of the hand. If the hand you bet on wins you will be paid out according to the rules in the Table Limits and payout section.
