The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands (Banker or Player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of 9. King’s, Queen’s, Jack’s and Ten’s have no point value. The higher hands wins. In certain cases, a third card is dealt to the player or the banker or both (Third Card Rules) There are three types of bets: Bank Bets, Player Bets and Push Bets. The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards. Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat. All other cards are counted at face value. Ace cards have a value of one. Face cards and Tens have no value and therefore do not contribute to the value of the hand. All other card values are treated as they appear.
